Do you charge for quotes?

No. The site visit and the written quote are free, and there's no call-out fee for repairs within our area.

Will the price change once you start?

No. The written quote is the price. If we hit something truly unforeseeable, like solid rock across the whole line, we stop and talk to you before doing anything extra.

How soon can you start?

Usually within two to three weeks. Storm damage and urgent stock repairs jump the queue.

Do you handle neighbour boundary fences?

Yes. We can quote both neighbours separately and help with the Boundary Fences Act paperwork.

Are you insured?

Fully insured with public liability cover. Certificates on request.
